It’s Saturday and State’s got the call
At United again, out West it’s at ten
For the semis of Big Ten Basketball
Anyone thinking of Loyer today?
That guy’s a really fun one to watch play
With Cassius’ toe, it’s injured, you know
(I know, right? They didn’t say!)
He’s been hobbling since the Michigan game
We’ve been none the wiser cause he looked the same
Maybe off a little bit, so Izzo made him sit
(Without Foster it might’ve been a shame.)
And so it’s Wisconsin we’re facing today
At this time of year they all come to play
It’s Happ we must stop if we’re to come out on top
(Let’s hope Foster’s still hot with the trey)
They’ve got some big dudes at seven feet tall
But that shouldn’t really bother our guys at all
We’ll just keep playing, and remember the saying
The bigger they are…yeah, you finish
Spartans across the country, that’s great
Let’s all hope tonight we can all celebrate
